West Gables Launches OrthoWIN Orthopedic Recovery Program

West Gables Health Care Center has launched OrthoWIN, a specialized orthopedic recovery program designed for patients transitioning from hospital to home. Led by PM&R specialist Dr. Giselle Vivaldi, the program provides a comprehensive care model integrating pain management, physical therapy, and co-morbidity management. OrthoWIN offers customized support with seven-day therapy services and collaborates closely with surgical teams. The program also includes caregiver education and pre-discharge home evaluations, enhancing patient recovery outcomes. West Gables is accredited by The Joint Commission and holds a Five-Star Quality rating from CMS.
