The program integrates palliative care, pastoral support, and various services with the facility&#8217;s <a href=\"\/clinical-services\/\">specialized clinical programs<\/a>. The center&#8217;s patient-centric approach, developed with the support of Marquis Health Consulting Services, focuses on both physical and spiritual wellness for chronically ill patients. The palliative care component involves a trained team offering emotional and spiritual support to enhance the quality of life for patients and their families. The initiative also supports <a href=\"\/chronic-kidney-disease-management\/\">Chronic Kidney Disease Management<\/a>, <a href=\"\/neuro-recovery-program\/\">Neuro Recovery<\/a>, <a href=\"\/pulmonary-rehabilitation\/\">Pulmonary Rehabilitation<\/a>, education, health coaching, coordinated care, and enrichment activities.
