Tony finds it most rewarding being able to make a difference in the lives of the residents and their families. Tony believes approaching resident care as an Interdisciplinary Team, which will allow us to provide the highest quality of care. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<br \/>                <div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n        <div class=\"page-title\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">\n            <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\">Jocelyn Pena<\/h3>\n\n                            <em>Admissions Director<\/em><br \/>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"staff-photo\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/westgableshealthcare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2021\/02\/Jocelyn-Pena.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n                            <p>Jocelyn Pena has been working in healthcare for 11 years. Jocelyn enjoys working with residents and families during their transition from the hospital to our facility. Jocelyn finds most fulfilling in her role as an Admission\u2019s Director is being part of the reason our residents walk out of our facility. <\/p>\n<br \/>                <div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n        <div class=\"page-title\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">\n            <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\">Marilyn Fernandez, RN, BSN<\/h3>\n\n                            <em>Director of Nursing<\/em><br \/>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"staff-photo\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/westgableshealthcare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2021\/02\/Marilyn-Fernandez.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n                            <p>Marilyn Fernandez with over 20 years in the medical field. Marilyn\u2019s experience extends from Emergency Room Care to upholding a Chief Nursing Officer role. Marilyn is passionate about Skilled Nursing Care and being witness to residents reaching their rehabilitation goals, as well as supporting families through this experience. <\/p>\n<br \/>                <div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n        <div class=\"page-title\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">\n            <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\">Guillermo Sosa, RN<\/h3>\n\n                            <em>Assistant Director of Nursing<\/em><br \/>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"staff-photo\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/westgableshealthcare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2021\/02\/Guillermo-Sosa.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n                            <p>Guillermo Sosa RN has been a nurse for almost 20 years. He started his nursing career after being inspired by his friend\u2019s stories of care, that was being provided to patients. After completing his school, he advanced his career starting as an LPN and later becoming an RN. He has worked in rehabilitation centers, clinics, and home health agencies starting as a floor nurse and becoming an ADON. <\/p>\n<br \/>                <div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n        <div class=\"page-title\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">\n            <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\">Michael Rodriguez, MHSA<\/h3>\n\n                            <em>Clinical Liaison<\/em><br \/>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"staff-photo\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/westgableshealthcare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2023\/08\/Michael-Rodridguez.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n                            <p>Michael Rodriguez has been working in the healthcare since 2013. In 2021, he joined West Gables Health Care Center as the Clinical Liaison, where his primary focus is on developing a strong referral network and maintaining relationships with hospitals, providers, and residents. With an educational background in Health Service Administration obtained from Florida International University, Michael leverages his education and experience to assess potential patients for appropriate admissions and ensure a smooth transition from the hospital to subacute rehabilitation. Michael has an unwavering commitment to helping patients successfully recover and return home. <\/p>\n<br \/>                <div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n        <div class=\"page-title\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">\n            <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\">Blanca Barcenas, MSW<\/h3>\n\n                            <em>Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern<\/em><br \/>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"staff-photo\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/westgableshealthcare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2021\/02\/Blanca-Barcenas.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n                            <p>Blanca Barcenas&#8217; Social Worker journey began over 20 years ago in a long-term care facility. In 2007- 2011, Blanca had the opportunity to work at the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center as a Medical Social Worker and currently has been with the West Gables for 3 years. Blanca&#8217;s passion is Social Work, and she is proud to be a Social Worker. Blanca is an advocator for her residents as well as their families. Blanca is a Provisional Clinical Social Work Licensee and currently finalizing in obtain her License Clinical Social Work. <\/p>\n<br \/>                <div
