Tony finds it most rewarding being able to make a difference in the lives of the residents and their families. Jocelyn enjoys working with residents and families during their transition from the hospital to our facility. Jocelyn finds most fulfilling in her role as an Admission\u2019s Director is being part of the reason our residents walk out of our facility. <\/p>\n<br \/>                <div class=\"clear\"><\/div>\n        <div class=\"page-title\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">\n            <h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 0px;\">Marilyn Fernandez, RN, BSN<\/h3>\n\n                            <em>Director of Nursing<\/em><br \/>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div id=\"staff-photo\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/westgableshealthcare.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/37\/2021\/02\/Marilyn-Fernandez.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n                            <p>Marilyn Fernandez with over 20 years in the medical field. Marilyn\u2019s experience extends from Emergency Room Care to upholding a Chief Nursing Officer role. Marilyn is passionate about Skilled Nursing Care and being witness to residents reaching their rehabilitation goals, as well as supporting families through this experience. <\/p>\n<br \/>
